Use pressure against the skin, massaging the gel type mix in circular motion until a pink erythema appears.
For beginners one application is best. For more advanced results apply another pea size to each area of concern

Healing. Continue to apply these serums for 4 days. Apply the Spongilla Collagen Cream Am & Pm for 4 days.
Follow up:
